Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that gripper packaging is susceptible to damage in the mail and wear or marks on the packaging are not considered damaged goods. We do not offer returns if you have changed your mind.

Gift cards and training plans are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

Larger orders will generally take between 4 to 5 working days to be delivered and smaller orders will generally take between 2 to 3 days. We will use Australia Post unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product description.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges

We may not have the stock to exchange your item in which case it will be refunded. Please allow several days for the refund to appear.
